All the seeds are not nuts. Cashews are seeds and are produced in a fruit type shell structure. This fruit is mostly available in South America. Cashews are available in the market as roasted cashews or steamed cashews. You may not find pure cashews in the market as they contain urushiol poison in them. Excess of this poison can cause death of the person. The reactions of this poison on the human body are same as the effects of oak and ivy poison.
