Berbere Spice Mix

Makes about 8 tbsp, 16 servings

3 1/2 tbsp sweet paprika

1/2 tbsp cayenne

2 tsp cumin

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp cardamom

1 1/2 tsp turmeric

1 tsp salt

1 1/2 tbsp fenugreek

1 3/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp ground cloves

1/2 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Mix everything well.

Store in an airtight jar away from heat, moisture and light.
