Lemon Sparkler

Ingredients:
3 oz. Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee
1.5 oz. limoncello
1.5 oz. sour mix
Lemon twist
Mint sprig

Combine limoncello and sour mix in cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into chilled martini glass.
Top off with Barefoot Bubbly Brut Cuvee.
Garnish with long lemon twist and mint sprig
