Ingredients
2 cups Special K, crushed finely
60-100g (3.53 ounces) butter, melted
½ tablespoon caster sugar
For filling
Greek yoghurt
seasonal fruit of your choice
Mix the finely crushed Special K with the melted butter. Start with 60g (2.12 ounces) and mix in. You want the end result to be like damp sand so add enough buttter until you have the desired texture. Add the sugar and mix well.
Press the crumbs into tart cases and place in the fridge to set for an hour.
When the crust is set, remove from the tart cases and place on a serving platter of your choice.
Add some Greek yoghurt (sweetened with Honey if you wish) and top with fresh fruit.
Serve immediately.
